In this day and age, organisational hierarchies are getting flatter and flatter, with decision-making devolved from traditional top-down levels of organisation to a more project-based responsibility. I’ve been thinking quite a bit about change recently – Stephen Heppell’ s quote about us witnessing the death of education but the beginning of learning really struck a chord with me, particularly with the work I’m currently doing.
